171 GRADUATE FROM BEACON TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE

Beacon Technical Training Institute (BTTI), held at the Beacon of Hope Centre in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County, has held its 18th graduation ceremony at the main campus.

171 students graduated with practical skills in various technical fields and expressed their readiness to enter the job market and apply the hands-on skills they have acquired to positively impact their communities.

TVET stakeholders have underscored the importance of learners adapting to a rapidly evolving job market shaped by technology. They emphasized the need for further government support, not only in education but also in providing startup capital and creating industry linkages relevant to their areas of training.

Located off Magadi Road, Gataka Road in Ongata Rongai, the institution offers a variety of courses including electrical engineering, building and construction, media studies and landscaping.
