
The National Heroes Council and the Council of Governors (CoG) will roll out an identification program for heroes and heroines in the counties to recognize and honour them in their respective regions.
The National Heroes Council, led by the Chief Executive Officer Charles Wambia, made a courtesy call at the Council of Governors office in Nairobi, where fruitful discussions were held with CoG Chairperson Ahmed Abdullahi.
Wambia and Abdulahi acknowledged the benefit of collaboration in various areas, including recognition of heroes/heroines, education, monuments, and research, all aligned with their shared goal of preserving national heritage.
