KUCCPS is collaborating with various education stakeholders and institutions to enhance the capacity of its career guidance officers to provide placement and career guidance services that are aligned with the Competency Based Education (CBE).
Currently, the officers are undergoing multi-stakeholder sensitization on CBE implementation including career guidance for learners in junior and pre-vocational schools, selection of career pathways, competency based assessment, teacher involvement and parental engagement and empowerment, among other areas.
The initiative is being implemented in partnership of KICD, KNEC ,Teachers service commission and ZiziAfrique.
